The course is designed to accommodate two types of delegates  with optional content that are provided. Some contents are ideal for delegateswho know each other and are perhaps working as a team and want to enhance their inter-communication skills. A difference set of optional content is ideal for delegates who don’t know each other and are looking forward to improve their general communication skills with colleagues, clients, managers and employees.

  • How to ask the right questions at the right time.
  • What causes misunderstanding?
  • How can you minimise misunderstanding?
  • How to use active listening to gain rapport and commitment.
  • How to get what you want and stay friends.
  • How to be assertive.
  • How to be empathic.
  • How to use simple empathic techniques to construct sentences based on what you hear from others.
  • How to ask repeatedly until you get to the core part of issues.
  • How to provide feedback to others such as your team members, your colleagues or those managed by you.
  • How can you read people through their body language and understand their motives better?

How to use systematic methods to evaluate what you know about yourself and what you know about others. Use this knowledge to communicate more effectively with others and also learn which areas you need to expand on or get other people to help you on.
