This course covers the legal issues and requirements associated with the full employment cycle from recruitment and employment contracts through to termination of employment. 

This intensive and highly comprehensive course covers a wide range of topics including:

  • Employment contracts and employee status - 'workers', 'employees' and part-timers, fixed term contracts, zero hours, employee-shareholder
  • The right to request flexible working (changes in 2014)
  • Maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave

  • Dealing with stress, personal injury claims and disability discrimination
