With thousands of online and classroom based training providers out there we are spoilt for choice when choosing courses in London, with many promising great things. But have you considered how you can really find out if they are the right fit? After all, it’s critical that you don’t risk wasting your employees’ working time or your hard-won training budget.

What do you know about us?
What can you tell me about your trainers?
What quality systems do you use?
How do you ensure that the training is transferable to the workplace?
How will I know that my staff have really improved?
How much does this cost?... and how did you come to this price?
Are you and your employees prepared to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you start working with us?
What happens if we’re not satisfied?
Can you give me the names of some clients I can talk to?

If the training provider fails to answer these questions satisfactorily, you need to look somewhere else.
