There is no wrong person! There are always new skills and techniques and the majority of the people we train are on our courses to up skill.

Is your training customised or off the shelf?

Our training courses are all customised, we create the material in house and constantly develop and renew it to ensure it is relevant and engaging.

Is the exam included in the course?

Unless otherwise stated no, when on a course you are constantly assessed by our trainers and feedback is provided at the end of the course.

When will I receive my joining instructions?

You will receive your joining instructions no later than 2 weeks prior to your course starting.

When will I receive my pre-course work?

This will be given to you at the time of booking if pre course work is applicable on your chosen program.

What are the cancellation/transfer charges?

Do I receive a discount for making a group or multiple booking?

Yes! Ask our slaes agents at the time of your booking.

When do I receive my certificate?

You will receive your certificate and CPD hours on the last day of your course.

Can I choose a specific trainer?

We have set trainers for each course, however where applicable we do offer the option to select a trainer from our database.

What time will the course finish on the last day?

Our courses run from 9am – 1:30pm unless otherwise stated.

Does the training centre have parking?

We have our own centre in Kensington, London where parking can be arranged for a fee. Our other centres are outsourced so we cannot guarantee parking.

Does the training centre provide food?

Yes we provide food at the majority of our centres worldwide.

Can you book my accommodation?

We cannot book your accommodation on your behalf, however, we have direct links with hotels, and you can book a room with our corporate rates in London and the rest of the world by emailing us at operations@londontfe.com.

How can I enrol in a training course with London TFE?

You can book online through our website or contact us by phone or email. You must complete a registration form and choose your course, location, and date.

What are the available payment options for the courses?

You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my course enrollment?

Yes, you can get a refund depending on when you cancel your course enrollment. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day we confirm your order by email, or you can cancel anytime 6 months before the course start date and get a full refund. If you cancel with at least 30 days’ notice, you will get a 50% refund of the full fee.

What is the duration of the training courses?

The duration varies depending on the course. Some courses are one-day workshops, while others are more extended programmes that can span several weeks or months.

Are there any prerequisites or requirements for specific courses?

Some of our courses may have prerequisites or requirements, such as work experience, language skills, or technical knowledge. You can check them on our website or contact us for more information.

Do you offer online training courses?

Yes, we offer online training courses you can take from anywhere in the world. You can choose from live online courses or self-paced online courses. You can check them on our website or contact us for more information.
