Marketing is one of the most important things a business can do. Not only does marketing build brand awareness but it can also increase sales, grow businesses and engage customers.  Most aspects of your business depend on successful marketing.

Marketing is a process by which a product or service is introduced and promoted to potential customers. The unique and important role of sales is to bridge the gap between the potential customer’s needs and the products/services that the organisation offers that can fulfil their needs.  Without sales, production, accounting, purchasing and management will not get a chance to perform their jobs for very long before the cash runs out.

Sales play a key role in the building of loyalty and trust between customer and business. Trust and loyalty are the main reasons why a customer would choose to recommend your company to a friend or family member, or write a great review of your product or service online.
