Course Overview

All customers are important to your business, but influential VIPs are even more important. Whether they are public figures, journalists, celebrities or current/potential key accounts, if you want them to be strong advocates for your company, then it is critical that you provide them with a truly 'wow' experience. This course will prepare you to do just that.

During the course delegates will work through the VIP visit planning process from start to finish covering everything from creating VIP profiles and background notes for briefing their teams through to logistics (travel, accomodation, venues) and communications including PR.

By the end of the course delegates will be confident in their ability to deliver a 'red carpet' experience whenever they are asked to host VIP visits.
