Day 1: Leading Business Growth in an AI Environment: The State of Play

Clarify today’s reality: where change helps vs. hurts performance; surface core pain points and capability traps.
Balance systems and people: move from reactive fixes to sustainable ways of working; build leadership resilience.
Translate policy into practice: what current regulations and internal policies mean for teams this quarter.
Sprint (generic): a short, focused exercise that converts the day’s concepts into one practical action you can apply immediately.

Day 2: Two Approaches to Growth: Working In and On the Business (day-to-day versus strategy)

Distinguish working ‘in’ vs ‘on’ the business; stop the dangerous accumulation of unresolved issues.
Prioritise problems over tools; draft a simple initiative/use-case charter (problem → value → risks).
Choose fit-for-purpose operating model and make value, cost and risk visible.
Sprint (generic): a brief activation to turn insights into a next-step plan you can test in your context.

Day 3: Five Principles (Part 1)

Principle #1: Master the Change Loop—shift vicious cycles to virtuous progress; keep quality through clear checks and ownership.
Principle #2: Lead the Company Lifecycle—use stage-appropriate leadership; plan micro-upskilling aligned to your stage.
Link growth ambitions to the capacity to manage change using the ALPHA framework.
Sprint (generic): a concise reflection + practice task to apply the principles to your live initiative.

Day 4: Five Principles (Part 2)

Principle #3: Differentiate Problems vs. Opportunities—use a simple lens to focus effort; set basic guardrails for brand, IP and customer impact.
Principle #4: Facilitate the Four Essential Roles (PAEI)—balance roles teams, debarments and in governance.
Build basic change controls: approvals, verification rituals, and escalation paths for exceptions.
Sprint (generic): a quick canvas exercise to capture what to tackle first and how you’ll keep it within guardrails.

Day 5: Five Principles (Part 3) & Integration

Principle #5: Make & Take the Right Decisions —coalesce Authority, Power and Influence before major commitments.
Assemble your Five-Phase roadmap (Diagnostic → Form → Function → Flow → Fine-Tune) with owners, measures and exit criteria.
Confirm the 60-day plan, evidence to collect and stakeholder communications.
Sprint (generic): a short commitment drill that locks next actions and review points for immediate execution.
