About the course
Despite women's impressive gains in education and the workplace over the past 50 years, men greatly outnumber women in leadership, especially in top positions. Men are simply much more likely than women to be leaders.
This course explores how organisations can develop women leaders, the benefits of women in organisations, as well as advancements for the future of women. You will learn how women in the workplace cannot only benefit the women themselves, but your organisation as well.
