The Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) certification program is tailored for experienced agile practitioners like you, equipping you with the Disciplined Agile (DA™) toolkit. This 14 PDU course prepares you for the DASSM exam and equips you to implement Disciplined Agile immediately in your leadership role.

Prerequisites

Students are expected to use MS-Project, MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint in completing their assignments and projects
Two years of experience working in an agile team, ideally in a leadership role such as Disciplined Agile scrum master, scrum master, product owner, or architecture owner
Understanding of the fundamentals of the DA tool kit by having done one or more of the following
- Taken the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) course
- Taken The Basics of Disciplined Agile online course
- Read section 1, or more, of Choose Your WoW—Complementary digital copy included with DASSM

Objective:

By the end of this course, participants will gain the skills and knowledge to:

Delve deep into the DA toolkit, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of its myriad practices and strategies and the ability to discern their trade-offs.
Apply the DA toolkit to guide your teams in selecting and evolving the best way of working (WoW) for any situation.
Utilise the DA toolkit to address complex challenges commonly encountered in software and operational business teams.
Lead agile teams through critical enterprise activities such as planning, coordination, and reporting, demonstrating improvements where your organisation faces difficulties.
Enhance customer value delivery by fostering emotional intelligence, resolving conflicts, and empowering others within your organisation.
