The course also covers the use of data for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of HR strategies and practices. Participants will learn about different metrics and KPIs that can be used to evaluate HR performance and how to use data to identify areas for improvement.

Finally, participants will learn the importance of effective communication and implementation when using data and analytics in HR. They will learn how to effectively communicate their findings to stakeholders, such as HR managers, senior leadership, and employees, and how to implement changes based on their results.
