This experiential 5-day course helps you develop the mindset, presence, and conversational skills needed to coach others with clarity and impact. Through a unique blend of self-awareness, practical tools, and real-time coaching practice, you'll learn how to shift from problem-solving to deep inquiry, from judgment to possibility, and from "fixing others" to empowering them.

Whether you're leading a team, supporting peers, or working across functions, this course will help you become a more grounded, curious, and impactful communicator.

Objective:

Understand and apply the fundamentals of coaching conversations
Recognize how emotions, body language, and mindset influence communication
Distinguish between effective and limiting judgments, and ground them
Ask powerful, transformative questions that open new possibilities
Practice coaching in real-life scenarios using a structured approach
Strengthen their presence, listening, and self-awareness as leaders

Course Outline

Day 1: The Power of the Observer

Shift how you see the world, and how you show up in it.

Learn how your mindset, language, and emotions shape your leadership
Discover the link between how you observe and how you act
Recognise limiting patterns (e.g. victim mindset) and open new possibilities
Explore the impact of private vs. public conversations on trust and clarity

Day 2: Language in Action & Emotional Awareness

Understand how your words and moods shape your reality.

Distinguish between different types of language (judgments, declarations, requests)
Develop emotional literacy to better recognize and name emotional states
Learn how emotions influence perception, identity, and decision-making
Use your body and breath to regulate emotions and increase presence

Day 3: Judgments, Inquiry & Powerful Questions

Turn assumptions into insight through deeper inquiry.

Learn how to ground your judgments and explore multiple perspectives
Practice asking powerful, open-ended questions that spark reflection
Understand the structure of powerful coaching questions (past–present–future)
Strengthen your ability to listen for meaning, not just information

Day 4: Coaching in Practice

Bring your coaching skills to life through real-time practice.

Apply a clear structure for coaching conversations from start to finish
Practice coaching with peers using real challenges
Develop confidence in your presence, listening, and questioning skills
Receive supportive feedback to sharpen your awareness and impact

Day 5: Integration & Coaching Mastery

Step into your voice and style as a coach and leader.

Deepen your coaching through one final round of peer practice
Reflect on how you’ve grown, and how you want to keep growing
Clarify your next steps for applying coaching in your daily leadership
Celebrate your learning and contributions within the group
