- It's all about me: Using disclosure to build trust within the team with an opportunity for storytelling.
- Action-Centred Leadership: Analyse John Adair's Action Centred leadership model, which focuses on the balance of leadership between Team, Task, and individual.
- Leadership V's Management: Introduce the concept of the Leader / Manager Continuum and the skills and behaviours required
- Think Change: An experiential session demonstrating behaviours in change and insights into how to better lead themselves and teams through change.
- Our Iceberg is melting: Understand how to lead and land change effectively using Dr John Kotter's 8-step process.
