Mastering Public Speaking

Public speaking is often viewed as a daunting task but it doesn't have to be. With careful preparation and planning even the most nervous speakers can successfully engage even large audiences.

This course provides delegates with techniques they can use to calm their nerves and speak with confidence to audiences of all sizes. Delegates will learn how to project their voices and make skillful use of intonation, pitch, pace, stress and articulation to fully engage their audiences. They will also consider the impact of body language and non verbal communication as well as how to strengthen their presentation through the use of visual aids.

Finally, delegates will use a step by step approach to planning and structuring their speeches and presentations to ensure they are tailored to their audiences' needs and expectations.
