The Training Plan, its Preparation, Application and Evaluation in Amsterdam

After completing the Training, participants will be equipped with the knowledge to implement, evaluate, and review a training plan effectively. They will learn to utilise tools such as the strategy planning map to develop strategic plans, set goals, and apply these insights to drive positive organisational changes. The course covers essential HRD management, Training, and administrative development aspects, including specifying training needs and aids, identifying organisational objectives, and designing training forms and questionnaires. Participants will also learn how to prepare training materials, create trainer guides, and implement Training Based on Technology (TBT). The process of selecting trainers and training locations will be explored, along with the administration and coordination of training programmes. A key focus will be linking career development with training programmes, understanding their concept, significance, and stages, and specifying relevant programmes to acquire the necessary skills for job success. The course will cover systematic patterns for career administrative levels, job descriptions, advancement, and techniques for analysing job opportunities and aligning them with practical training strategies.
