About the course

The process of selecting trainers and training locations will be explored, along with the administration and coordination of training programmes. A key focus will be linking career development with training programmes, understanding their concept, significance, and stages, and specifying relevant programmes to acquire the necessary skills for job success. The course will cover systematic patterns for career administrative levels, job descriptions, advancement, and techniques for analysing job opportunities and aligning them with practical training strategies.
