We aim to provide a high standard of service. If you believe that we have not met that standard, we encourage you to contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and respond.

Please provide sufficient information to allow us to investigate the matter, including where relevant:

• your name;
• organisation;
• booking or invoice reference;
• course name and date;
• relevant Delegate details;
• a clear explanation of the issue; and
• the outcome you are seeking.

We will investigate complaints fairly and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

Consumer Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you are a Consumer and we are unable to resolve your complaint through our internal complaints procedure, we will provide you with information concerning an appropriate accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution provider where required by applicable law.

We will tell you whether we are required or willing to use that provider.

Nothing in our complaints procedure prevents a Consumer from exercising any statutory right or bringing proceedings where entitled to do so.

Data Protection Complaints

Complaints specifically concerning the collection or use of personal information should be made in accordance with the Data Protection Complaints section of our Privacy Policy.

This is separate from our general customer complaints procedure.

Legal Notices

Formal legal correspondence concerning Laykas Group Ltd may be sent to the registered office stated above.
