Liability arising under a paid training Contract is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Training Services rather than this clause.
16. Our Liability to Consumers
If you are a Consumer, nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or affects rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Changes ordinarily apply to website use occurring after the updated Terms are published.
Changes to Website Terms do not retrospectively alter a separate training Contract unless that Contract expressly permits the relevant change or the parties agree otherwise.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For Business Users, these Website Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
