This programme provides an end-to-end view of the contract lifecycle, from needs definition and sourcing strategy through drafting, governance, risk allocation, negotiation, performance management, change control, dispute resolution and closeout. Participants learn how to align commercial terms with organisational objectives, structure obligations and remedies, embed compliance and assurance, and coordinate stakeholders across legal, procurement, finance and operations.
