This course introduces delegates to the concept of the training process and develops their skills in using the latest methods to effectively manage training programmes.

This comprehensive course covers the key areas for running and managing a successful training function which delivers real value both to the individual employee and the organisation:

Practical approaches to converting training plans into measurable performance
Evaluation of training costs and calculation of potential return
Application of the four-stage model for quality assurance in training delivery

Day 4: Evaluation and Measurement of Training Effectiveness

Understanding core concepts: performance, follow-up, and assessment
Essential skills for conducting practical training assessments
Gathering and preparing data for the evaluation process
Using information and assessment skills to enhance training outcomes

Day 5: Maximising ROI and Continuous Improvement in Training
