Effective talent management allows organisations to build a high performance workplace where continuous learning is encouraged.  This course considers what is needed to develop a strategic approach to attracting and retaining staff who can compete at regional, national and international levels.  In addition, managers need to analyse key employment markets and gain an understanding of their dynamics in order to compete more effectively, both now and in the future.
