Introduction to Business Continuity Management

Business Continuity Management (BCM) is a management process that identifies threats that can disrupt a business and finds ways to reduce or remove the risk and impact of those threats. All employees have a role in preparing for these potential incidents and minimising the impact that they could have on their company. BCM not only makes good business sense but it is also the law for financial services firms in many countries, Hence the need for business continuity management training.
